Spaces, and who can see what
How a shared space works and what each role can do inside it.

A space is your organization's shared area. Joining one does not merge your account into anybody else's.
Joining
Use an access code from whoever runs your space, or ask us to open a new one. Either way the request goes to a person, and you will see it as pending until it is answered.
Roles
Owners manage members and codes. Managers and operators can work in the space. Viewers can read it. Your own inquiries stay yours regardless of the space you are in.
Leaving
Removing a member takes their access away immediately. It does not delete anything they created.
