Your Privacy Choices
Ask for a copy of your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, or lodge a formal opt-out. This page works whether or not you have an account, and it is the “Your Privacy Choices” mechanism referenced by the Privacy Policy. Every request is answered by a person within 30 days.
What you can ask for
A report of the personal data we hold about you.
A machine-readable copy of your data to take elsewhere.
Erase your account and personal data, subject to legal retention duties.
Fix personal data that is inaccurate or out of date.
Formal opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising (we do none of these).
Any other privacy question or request.
These map to the rights in the GDPR (EEA, UK, Switzerland), the CCPA/CPRA and similar US state laws, and comparable laws elsewhere. We apply the same process to everyone regardless of where you live, and we never discriminate against you for exercising a right. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf — say so in the details and we will follow up on verification.
Sale, sharing, and tracking
We do not sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or run third-party analytics or advertising trackers — the Cookie Policy lists the three strictly-necessary cookies that are the only things we set. Where a law treats the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a formal opt-out, we honor it; because the behavior it opts out of does not occur here, it changes nothing in practice. The opt-out request on this page exists so you can put that on record anyway.
How verification works
We match your request against the email on the data. For access, export, deletion, and correction we first confirm you control that email address; for anything sensitive we may ask one or two follow-up questions about the account (an order number, a registered aircraft). We never ask for your password, a government ID, or payment details to verify a privacy request. If we cannot verify a request, we tell you why and what would work instead. Appeals go to the same address and are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision.
