The printers are in the same building as the people who drew the part. When a fit is wrong, the fix is an afternoon rather than a return shipment.

Infill and color are set per part. If you need something we do not stock, ask in the inquiry: sometimes the answer is yes and sometimes it is a recommendation to machine it instead.

How it works

From a file, or from nothing

You have a model

Send STEP or STL with the inquiry. We will come back with material and orientation recommendations, and flag anything that will not survive the process.

You have a part but no model

We can measure and model it, which puts the job through our mechanical line first. That is one conversation and one proposal, not two vendors.

You need more than one

Short runs are normal here. Tell us the quantity in the inquiry, because it changes the orientation and the infill we would recommend.

What a printed part is not

Read this before you specify one

Printed parts are anisotropic. They are weaker along the layer lines, and how much weaker depends on the material, the orientation and the infill. We choose those to suit the load when you tell us what the load is.

Everything we print is for prototyping, experimental and non-critical use. It is not certified for safety-critical applications, and we will say so again if an inquiry describes one. Where a part has to be certified, the honest answer is a different process, and often a different supplier.
