Passkeys
A passkey signs you in with the same face, fingerprint or PIN that unlocks your device. Add one per device you actually use.
Authenticator codes
You can add a six digit code from an authenticator app as a second step. Save the recovery codes it gives you somewhere that is not the phone holding the app.
If something looks wrong
The security page lists recent sign-ins. If one was not you, change what you can, remove any device you do not recognise, and write to support.
