OptiArms reads the video a school or a business already records, and what it finds goes to a person. SpaltX builds it, sets it up against your own cameras, and publishes no detection rate it has not measured on them.
Most buildings that want this already spent the money on cameras. What they do not have is somebody watching every screen at once, which is the part a person was never going to be good at. OptiArms takes the feeds that are already running and reads them, so the question stops being what to install and becomes what to do when it sees something.

It watches what is already installed
OptiArms takes the streams your cameras already produce. There is no second camera network to buy, mount and cable beside the one you have, and the rooms that are covered today are the rooms that are covered on the first day it runs.
A detection reaches a person
The system does not decide anything. It says what it saw and where it saw it, and a human being does what your plan says to do next. Anything else would put a model in charge of a decision nobody would let it make.
It is fitted to your building
Camera angles, mounting heights, lighting and lens quality are different in every building, and a model that reads one well can read another badly. So setup runs against your own footage rather than against a demo reel shot somewhere else.
It is measured before it is trusted
An evaluation set gets agreed before anything is tuned, and the result is measured against it afterwards. You are told what it missed, not only what it caught. That number belongs to your site and travels nowhere.

Schools
A district that already runs cameras in its corridors and its lots, and already has a plan for what happens when somebody sees something. OptiArms is the part that watches the screens nobody can watch all day.
Private buildings
An office, a plant, a clinic or a store with a camera system and a security desk. The desk keeps its job. The difference is what reaches it, and how quickly it hears about a camera nobody was looking at.

It does not act
OptiArms locks no door, calls nobody and dispatches nothing. It reports to the people who already hold those decisions, and it is worth having only where a plan for that report already exists.
It sees what the camera sees
A firearm under a coat, out of frame or in the dark is one no system reading that camera can find, and OptiArms is a system reading that camera. Coverage is a property of where your cameras point.
We publish no detection rate
There is no accuracy figure on this site, because a number measured on somebody else's building is not a fact about yours. What you get instead is a measurement taken against your own footage, and the miss rate is part of it.
It is not sold from this site
There is no plan, no signup and no price here. OptiArms is scoped and quoted the same way every other project is, in a written proposal to one client.

Built by the people you would hire
OptiArms came out of the same lab that trains vision models for clients, on the same habit of agreeing an evaluation set before anything gets tuned. The console around it, the alerting and the database underneath are ordinary software work done here.
So hiring SpaltX for something else gets you the team that shipped this, and asking about OptiArms gets you the people who wrote it rather than a reseller.

- Does OptiArms need new cameras?
- No. OptiArms reads the video your existing cameras already produce, so the coverage you have is the coverage it works with. Where a room matters and no camera points at it, that is a camera to add, and it is a decision about your building rather than a condition of using OptiArms.
- What happens when OptiArms sees a firearm?
- It reports what it saw and which camera saw it, to the people your own plan puts in that position. OptiArms locks no door, calls no service and takes no action on its own. It is a way of noticing, and every decision after the noticing stays with a person.
