Your data, and how to get it
Exporting a copy, asking for a correction, and asking for deletion.
Under Account, then Privacy, you can download a copy of what your account holds and start a deletion.
Export
The export is a JSON file covering your account record, your inquiries and their messages, your support tickets, and anything you own in a space.
Correction and deletion
Both are requests, and both are answered by a person. A deletion removes your account and the records tied to it. Some things have to be kept: a paid invoice, for example, is a financial record.
If you are not signed in
The public form at /legal/privacy-rights takes the same requests. You will be asked to confirm the email address before anything is acted on.
