Check a serial before you buy
Owners tell us when a SpaltX aircraft is taken from them. You can ask whether a serial is one of them, and an owner can put theirs on the list.

Ask whether an aircraft was reported
The serial is printed on the airframe, and a seller who will not show you theirs has told you something already. You do not need an account to ask.
An aircraft with a report against it cannot be registered to a new account, so a serial on this list is one you would be stuck with.
Report one
Yours has gone
Reports are filed against an aircraft in your own fleet, so open the one that is missing and report it there. That is also what lets us check the serial against what we shipped.
What a report does
Once our records confirm you held that airframe, the serial goes on the watch list. A later attempt to register it stops, and an administrator picks it up knowing who reported it and what you told us.
What it does not do
Nobody here goes looking for an aircraft, and we do not report a theft to the police for you. Do that as well, and keep the case number they give you.
