Three things worth knowing

Ask about 21 days ahead

Crew, aircraft and any authorisation the site needs all take time to line up. Shorter notice is not refused, and we would rather see it than not, but it is harder to say yes to and we will tell you plainly if it is.

Who flies decides what has to be in place

If your own certificated pilots operate, you are asking us for aircraft. If you want us to fly, that is a crew and a schedule. Either way the flight happens under somebody's certificate, and events with crowds or built-up sites often need a waiver on top. A request is not a booking

Nothing is held until we confirm it in writing, and you will see that word on this page when it happens. Please do not publish a programme or tell an audience a drone is coming before then.
