How it works

  1. 1Tell us who you areThe hospital, system, or service, where it operates, and an official contact address for it.
  2. 2Prove the addressOur team reviews the request and writes to your official address about the documentation we need.
  3. 3Mark the fleetA verified account can mark its own aircraft as healthcare, on the airframe records and anything our support desk sees.

We can withdraw a verification if the program ends or the account changes hands. A withdrawal also unmarks every aircraft that carried the badge.

Healthcare operators

Hospitals and health systems, emergency medical services, air-medical transport, and public-health departments.

Healthcare has no reserved domain. A hospital mailbox looks like any other business mailbox, so proving one would prove nothing, and every request here is reviewed against documentation.

What verification does is deliberately small and worth stating plainly: the account and the aircraft you choose to mark carry the healthcare label, which our support desk and the airframe records read. It does not create a procurement relationship, it is not a reseller agreement, and it does not change pricing, terms, or what you are allowed to fly.
