Firmware entitlements and downloads

Firmware access is tied to your account and drone model — how entitlements are granted and what the download limits are.

How access works

Firmware isn't public: downloads are gated by an entitlement on your account for a specific drone model. You get one automatically when an order containing that model (or a kit built on it) is fulfilled, and support can grant one manually — for example after a warranty swap.

Entitlements don't expire and cover every published release for the model, including new versions as they ship. They are per-account: sign in with the account that placed the order.

Where to download

Account → Firmware lists your entitled models, the latest release per channel, and your download history. Each file's checksum and signature are shown next to the download button — see Flash firmware safely before flashing.

Limits

Downloads are rate-limited (generously — roughly thirty per five minutes) to keep automated scraping out. If you hit the limit doing something reasonable, wait a few minutes; the window resets on its own.

Missing an entitlement?

If a model you bought isn't listed under Account → Firmware, open a ticket with the order number. Guest checkouts are the usual cause — entitlements need a signed-in order, and support can attach one after verifying the purchase email.

Still need help?

Open a ticket and a human picks it up. Include your order number and, for firmware issues, the board target — it saves a round trip.
